Customer service touches all aspects of life, but few things are more important to people than their home. Students living in University of South Carolina housing may only be there for a period, but they are often times of excitement, stress, fun, and growth. Every one of those students relies on the University Housing team to answer questions, solve problems, support them through complex moments, and sometimes to identify the source of mysterious smells.

Join Help Scout's Mat and Alison live on January 29th at 3pm Eastern as they chat with USC's Drew Banham about the work they do, and how Help Scout's products support them in delivering a reliably high quality service to their students.

They will share share:

  • The logistics of supporting a large, seasonal student body

  • Some favorite tips and tricks for getting the most out of Help Scout

  • Advice for getting more done in less time
